Nicky Salmon BSc (Hons) PGCert Ed

Nicky has extensive experience within education and teaching, having worked across educational settings for many years. She brings a strong understanding of teaching and learning, learner development and the importance of maintaining high standards throughout the delivery of training. As Training & Quality Manager at RDHS, Nicky is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of our training provision. Her role includes Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), awarding body compliance, tutor observations and reviews, and supporting the continued development of our teaching team. Nicky also plays an important role in maintaining the quality standards required across our NEBOSH and SFJ Awards provision, ensuring our training, assessment and internal processes continue to meet both awarding body requirements and the high standards we set ourselves at RDHS. With a BSc (Hons) and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCert Ed), Nicky combines her academic background with extensive practical teaching experience to support the continuous improvement of our courses and the learning experience we provide.
