Accidents can be monitored by RDHS for our clients on a daily basis using a new E-Reporting process and the old paper version. Accidents can be tracked using our accident analysis process, with investigations highlighted at this stage, if required.
RDHS can investigate work-related accidents and ill-health and guide our clients in relation to implementing actions to prevent harm from reoccurring.
The purpose of an accident investigation is to verify the cause of the accident, eliminate future hazards, reduce insurance claims and determine what further measures can be put in place. Employees claiming injury may be subject to scrutiny as to whether they were properly trained and supervised, and whether they were following safety procedures.
