Regular health and safety review meetings provide an opportunity to step away from day-to-day activities and take a structured look at how health and safety is being managed across your organisation.
RDHS can support or facilitate Health & Safety Review Meetings, providing practical advice and helping to ensure key actions, changes and priorities are identified and followed through.
Depending on your organisation and the support required, meetings can include:

● Discussion of accidents, incidents and near misses
● Review of risk assessments and safe working arrangements
● Changes to legislation, guidance or industry requirements
● Review of workplace inspections and findings
● Training and competency requirements

● Agreement of priorities and actions
● Planning future health and safety activities
Review meetings can be arranged periodically to provide a structured opportunity to monitor progress and identify areas requiring further attention.
Where actions are identified, RDHS can also provide additional consultancy support to help your organisation address them.
Health & Safety Review Meetings can be provided as part of an ongoing RDHS support package or arranged separately where an independent review and practical guidance would be beneficial.
