Gary Oakley has extensive experience in operations management, stadium operations and event delivery, working across a wide range of venues and live events. With a strong background in health and safety management, Gary’s experience includes risk assessment, event safety planning, regulatory compliance and the implementation of health and safety management systems. TechIOSH qualified, Gary has practical experience as a Safety Officer, providing operational safety oversight, incident management and supporting compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice. He is also an experienced Control Room and CCTV Operator, working within command and control environments and supporting incident coordination, emergency response and multi-agency communications. Gary’s wider operational experience includes emergency preparedness, contingency management and operational planning, supporting the safe and effective delivery of large-scale events.
