Every course is an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen knowledge and improve workplace safety.
RDHS employ a process of self-regulation and will carry out analysis of the key performance indicators specified within each contract, for example:
- Date of visit
- Date report to proof reader
- Date report sent to the Client
- Number of visits carried on time
- Number of reports submitted on time
- Accuracy of reports – with feedback from the proof reader analysed
These KPIs are agreed with our Clients and reported as an agenda item at the Performance Review Meetings.
