A new report template and web portal is currently being designed. The report templates will be ‘excel’ based templates, which will allow for the Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) to integrate and upload all actions into the CIP and further develop these templates to become more electronic.
Our reports indicate the ‘direction of travel’ for each action point & section, using the widely recognised ‘RAG’ system. Quality Audits, can be based on the key actions required for Quest Assessments.
A programme / schedule of audits are prepared at the beginning of each year, based on the procedures contained within our clients QMS.
Following this, Reports and questions for the Quality Management System Audits will be written / amended in consultation with each Client, which address procedures / audits identified and agreed at the quarterly Performance Review meetings.
