Away from their fixed base

Inability to get help in the event of an accident
Inadequate provision of welfare arrangements
Violence
Injuries from manual handling and chemicals
Employee Responsibilities:
Take reasonable care of their safety and others
Follow safety practices
Report short fallings and failings
Report incidents and acts of violence
Speak out!
Generic Procedures:
Periodic visits from supervisors
Regular communication
Automatic personal alarms
Checks that Staff have returned home
Special first aid arrangements
Emergency procedures
